Renting my
studio
I moved to Minnesota in 2013 and soon realized I needed an indoor option for photography. After trying my darndest to use my garage as a studio for a few years, I had the opportunity in 2022 to take over ownership of a local photo studio that I had used from time to time. UClick is located in Chanhassen and helps provide an indoor option for me, AND for you!
Who can use
the studio?
The short answer, is everyone! It doesn’t matter your experience level, or what kind of session you want to shoot – everyone is welcome here. From newborn to family photos, professional headshots, glamour photos, team photos, birthday party photo sessions and so much more! The studio’s use is limited only by your imagination!
Private Space
When you reserve the studio, you have use of the studio, a sitting area and two changing areas.
Dedicated Equipment
Basic lighting and seating options as well as backdrops and props
Flexible Booking
A natural light studio with north facing windows or an artifical light studio option without windows.
Outdoor Areas
There are several areas throughout the development for exceptional outdoor photo opportunities.

Props:
There are many props available and included in the standard rental fee such as various seating options, baskets, fabrics, miscellaneous baby and child props and more!
Backdrops & Floors:
There are several backdrops available and included in the standard rental fee:
- Seamless Paper Backdrops
- Vinyl backdrops and floors
- Poly Paper Backdrops
Please inquire ahead of time if you are looking for a specific backdrop or floor.
Lighting:
- Continuous Lights with soft boxes
- Strobe light option
Please inquire ahead of time if you are looking for specific lighting for your project!
Other Equipment:
Other forms of equipment are currently included in the standard fee.
- Extension Cords
- Tripod
- Backdrop Stand
- Reflectors
- Space heater (for newborn sessions)
- Rectangular table
But what does Renting
cost?
$49/hour
Book 1-5 HRS
1 hour minimum with the option of adding 30 minute intervals after the first hour.
$300/day
Book 6+ Hrs
Access to both the Natural Light and Artificial Light Studios.
